Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lario website at lario.app and our AI photo-to-video generation services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Description of Service

Lario provides an AI-powered tool that converts uploaded photos into short videos with natural motion. The Service is available through a freemium model with free and paid tiers.

Account Registration

  • You may use limited features without an account.
  • To access full features, you can sign up using Google OAuth or email.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must provide accurate information during registration.

Free and Paid Plans

Free Tier

  • 5 free video generations with registration
  • Videos include a Lario watermark
  • Standard processing speed

Paid Plans

  • Pro and Lifetime plans offer additional generations, no watermark, HD quality, and priority processing.
  • Pricing details are available on our pricing page.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe in USD.

Credits

  • Video generation consumes credits. Credits are allocated based on your plan.
  • Unused credits expire after 30 days.
  • Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload photos that contain illegal, harmful, or explicit content
  • Upload photos of minors without parental consent
  • Upload photos that infringe on third-party copyrights or intellectual property
  • Use the Service to generate deepfakes or misleading content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models or systems
  • Use automated tools to bulk-generate videos beyond normal usage
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Circumvent usage limits, watermarks, or security measures

Content Ownership

  • Your Photos: You retain full ownership of photos you upload. You represent that you have the right to upload and process these photos.
  • Generated Videos: Videos generated from your photos are yours to use, subject to your plan terms. Free tier videos include a watermark.
  • Commercial Use: Videos generated on paid plans may be used for commercial purposes.

Content Processing

  • Uploaded photos are processed by third-party AI services (fal.ai / Kling AI) to generate videos.
  • Photos are automatically deleted within 24 hours after processing.
  • We do not use your photos to train AI models.

Refund Policy

  • We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time paid subscribers.
  • Refund requests after 7 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Lifetime purchases are non-refundable after 30 days.

Service Availability

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.
  • Video generation times may vary based on server load.

Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lario shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Disclaimer

The AI-generated videos may not always produce desired results. We do not guarantee specific output quality, style, or accuracy of motion effects.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or on-site notice.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
