Lario's refund policy for paid plans, video credits, and subscriptions

Lario AI is a digital service. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for paid subscriptions and video quota.
This policy applies once paid checkout becomes available. Free trial usage (including the 2 free videos for new users after sign-up) is not eligible for monetary refund.
First-time paid subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase, provided that:

Paid plans will be processed by Creem as merchant of record (MoR) once paid checkout is available. All refunds will be issued through the same payment channel as the original transaction. Bank settlement times vary (typically 3–10 business days after refund approval).
