Lario's refund policy for paid subscriptions and credit packages

Lario AI is a digital service. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for paid subscriptions and credit packages.
This policy applies to all paid subscriptions and credit packages. Free trial usage (including any free credits granted to eligible new users on sign-up) is not eligible for monetary refund.
Add-on credit packages (the one-time top-up packs) are non-refundable once the credits have been delivered to your account. Credits are issued instantly on payment and the purchase is final.
If credits were paid for but not delivered to your account due to a system error, contact support@lario.app and we will deliver the missing credits or issue a refund through the original payment channel.
A first-time subscription purchase (any plan, monthly or annual) may be refunded only if all of the following are true:
Subscription renewals (any charge after the original first-time purchase) are not eligible under this rule. To stop future renewals, cancel from your account settings before the next billing date.
A processing fee of up to 6% of the refunded amount may be deducted to cover payment-network and platform costs. The exact fee is shown when your refund is approved.

If approved, the refund is issued through the original payment channel and unused credits from the refunded order are clawed back from your balance (capped at the credits originally granted by that order — your balance will not go negative).
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel AND request a refund of the current cycle, follow the 3-Day Window above (the cancellation does not extend the 3-day window).
For any payment-related question or dispute, please contact us at support@lario.app first. Most issues can be resolved within 3 business days. Filing a chargeback before contacting support may result in suspension of the account.
Paid plans are processed by Creem as merchant of record (MoR). All approved refunds are issued through the same payment channel as the original transaction. Bank settlement times vary (typically 3–10 business days after refund approval).
