Lario's content policy — what users may and may not generate or upload

Lario AI is committed to safe, ethical, and compliant AI video generation. By using our service, you agree to follow this Content Policy. Violations may result in immediate generation block, content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban — with no refund.
This policy applies to all uploaded photos and all generated videos, regardless of whether they are downloaded, shared, or kept private.
Lario explicitly prohibits the generation or upload of any of the following. This is not an exhaustive list — when in doubt, do not generate.
Lario relies on a combination of provider-side safeguards (built into the AI model providers we use), user reports, and admin moderation to enforce this policy. Additional automated screening may be introduced over time. Detection may occur:
Violations result in one or more of the following actions, at our discretion:
When content is removed for policy violations, we retain audit records (including SHA-256 fingerprints of the violating content, the timestamp, and the moderator action) for security, compliance, and dispute resolution. The violating content itself is permanently deleted; only the audit metadata is retained.
